-Nearest BOAT LAUNCH is Indian Point Marina and is just 2.8 miles down the road. Slip rentals are $20/night.
-We do have grill tongs and a grill brush, but please plan to bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid (available for purchase nearby).
-Any smoking inside the property will result in a minimum $500 fine and assessment of deep cleaning fees required to remove smell.
-Please note that there is construction in the area and rates have been discounted accordingly. There is a row of homes separating this house from any construction.
